TAXI

Local taxis are readily available and will know where the theatre is located, and are roughly priced at €6 from Magaluf, €8 from Palma Nova, €14 from Santa Ponca one way. There is a taxi rank directly opposite the theatre on Cami Porrassa. You can make a booking with Calvia Taxis here: https://taxiscalvia.com/reservas

BUS

Resorts closer to the theatre (Santa Ponca, Palma Nova and surrounding areas) are easily accessible by local public transport, with a bus stop immediately outside that serves the bus routes 123 (Santa Ponça - Cas Català) and 104 (Magaluf - Palma)

CAR

If you are driving to the theatre, there is free and ample parking outside, the venue is accessible via the Ma-1 motorway, taking exit. 14 (Magaluf / El Toro) then over the roundabout onto Carretera Cala Figuera, continuing to the third roundabout marked with an 8. Take the second exit down Cami Porrasa on to the roundabout opposite Pirates Theatre.

THE EXPERIENCE

What am I going to watch?

Gringos is the most unique night out in Mallorca. With dabbers at the ready, this is bingo but not as you know it! It is a must-do experience. Expect chaos, raves, dance-offs, funny prizes and big prizes! Dont confuse this as the traditional style of bingo, this is not your average night out. Think nightclub/party atmosphere with music to suit everyone, from nostalgic tunes, oldschool anthems and current bangers! There's adult humor from the host and crazy characters to keep you entertained all night. The normal rules of binog still apply just add glow sticks and confetti and this makes this Mallorca's hottest ticket!

What are the differences between Pirates Adventure, Pirates Reloaded, Gringos Bingo and Gringos Family Rave ?

Can I select a specific seat or table?

Yes. This is only available when booking direct, and subject to availability. You can select your table online when reserving your tickets, starting at a cost of €7.50 per person. If you don’t reserve your table beforehand when booking, your seats will be allocated on arrival. If your party is larger than 8 please refer to our 'Events & Groups' section.

Is taking pictures and recording allowed during the show?

Video footage and photos taken on mobile phones are permitted, we encourage this content to be uploaded on guest’s social media accounts on the night.

Is there a specific dress code?

There is not a strict dress code, Tshirts must be worn but we encourage fancy dres and for you to embrace your inner party animal.

Is there a cloakroom?

No.

What language is spoken in the show?

The show is conducted in English, but is suitable for an international audience as language isnt a barrier for having fun.

Stag & Hen Experience

Make your final night as a single even more thrilling with our Stag/Hen Gringos game. Your Stag/Hen will be personally called to the stage where they will be put through their paces, to prepare them for future married life. They will be the star of thew show, basking in the spot light, savouring the moment. Because every single Stag/Hen deserves to be Bingoed one last time before they tie the knot!

What are the differences between the seating categories?

VVIP-Be wisked away to your own exculsive area and be guaranteed the best seats in the house.
VIP – Benefit from fast-tracked entrance and preferential seating closer to the stage for a more immersive experience.
Premium – Guaranteed middle of the action seats, no more than 5 meters from the stage.
Standard – Includes entrance with seating no more than 15 meters from the stage.

What time does the show start and end?

You should arrive no later than 21:00pm and the show ends around 1:30am

What happens if I lose something at the venue?

Is there a smoking area?

There is a no smoking policy inside the theatre, however guests can smoke in designated areas outside.

HOW TO ARRIVE

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is a free public car park opposite the theatre.

Is transport provided to get to the venue?

No.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is the theatre accesible for disabled people?

Yes. We have wheelchair access and wheel chair accesable tables. Please ensure that you tick the wheelchair assistance box during your booking process. If you have specific requirements please advise us in the comments box.

How much are the tickets?

What payment methods are accepted when buying a ticket?

We accept: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and cash on the door.

Can I buy tickets on the door ?

Yes, we advise you to call us beforehand to check availibility.

Can I change the ticket category or add more tickets to my reservation ?

Can I add extras after purchassing my tickets?

Yes you can add extras by clicking the “manage my booking” link in the confirmation email or contact us by email: customerservices@globobalear.com

Whats included in your ticket price?

All tickets to Grings Bingo include entry to the show and your bingo booklet, pen and guarenteed an amazing time.

How do i get my entrance tickets?

Please bring your confirmation email either printed out, or on a mobile device to the box office.

Can I reprint the tickets if I lose them or they are stolen?

Please contact us if your printed confirmation has been lost or stolen either by emailingus at: customerservices@globobalear.com or call: (34) 971 130 411

What happens if I bought a ticket but cannot attend; is there a refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchase. However if you have selected the 'booking protection insurance' we can change a date of a show, we can hold you tickets for up to 12 months or you can select another show however you may be subject to any price difference if the date you wish to move to is more than the date you chose originally. If the new ticket cost is lower than the original, you will not be refunded the difference. If you do not take out the 'booking protection insurance' you will be charged €30 admin fee.

Can the entire theater be rented for a show, private event or celebration?

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Can I purchase food and drink during the show?

Inside the theater, you'll find bars offering a variety of alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, spirits, ciders, premium beers, wine, and champagne. There's also a dedicated bottle service for premium spirits, with a price list and menu available at every table. Snacks are available for purchase before and during the show.

Can I add drinks if I have already got my tickets?

You can add drinks to your booking using the “Manage My Booking” link in the confirmation email.

DEPOSITS

Can I make a booking but only pay a deposit?

You can pay a €10 per person deposit for advance bookings. The final balance is due 30 days before the selected show date, and you will receive a reminder email 10 days before the payment is due. Please note; promo codes are not applicable on deposit bookings and you are not able to select seats until the booking has been paid in full.
If you do not pay the final balance your booking will be cancelled and you will forfeit the deposit amount paid.
